RATES

All the prices on www.laquintanaderomillo.es include VAT and other taxes (subject to change of said taxes), unless otherwise indicated on our website or in the confirmation email.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

At the time of booking, the client will be asked to make an advance payment of 30% of the total stay. Which can be done through your credit card or by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

The cancellation policy www.laquintanaderomillo.es establishes that the user may cancel the reservation made, having the right to a refund of the amounts that he would have paid as long as the communication is made more than 15 days in advance. In case the cancellation is made between 8 and 15 days, the refund will be 50% of the reservation deposit. If it is done 7 days in advance there will be no right to a refund

www.laquintanaderomillo.es reserves the right to rectify or cancel reservations in case of fraud or error, with prior notice. In this case, www.laquintanaderomillo.es will notify the error within a maximum period of 48 hours, giving the customer the alternative of availing themselves of the correct adjustments or canceling the reservation made.

PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

The client has read and accepted the conditions reported here. You also agree that the payment you will make, charged to the credit card indicated in this reservation process through the reservation system on this website, corresponds to the period and apartment / s that you have selected in this same process.

OTHER APPLICABLE RULES
APARTMENT CLEANING

Rooms and bathrooms will be cleaned 1 time every 3 days for stays of more than 6 nights.
Towels

They are changed 1 time every 3 days for stays of more than 6 days.
Cloths, kitchen rolls, toilet paper, etc. are also changed every 3 days for stays of more than 6 days.
In high season they are renewed more frequently.

CLEANING ACCESSORIES KIT ETC.

Provided with each apartment rental….

1 pack with scourer and ballot. (1 per stay), Fairy, multipurpose cleaner, and in-vitro cleaner. Rollers (tea towels) (2 per stay).

Plastic tablecloth (1 per stay) .Roll kitchen paper. (1 per stay). Garbage bags (1 a day). Dishwasher tablets (3 tablets per stay)

Washing machine soap is not provided

Host products. Gel, shampoo and soap. (1 per stay).

HEATING

The heating will remain active from November 1 to April 10. Outside these dates, it may occasionally light up with minimum temperatures below normal. The standard heating will not turn on in the summer season.

PARKING AND PARKING

Vehicles can only park in the area designated for this purpose.
Parking is allowed in front of each apartment exclusively for the use of loading and unloading of luggage or people with reduced mobility.
Do not park on access roads.

BARBECUE

Use only charcoal.
Ignition tablets and charcoal are not provided by the establishment.
They will be cleaned after each use. The remains cannot be left for a second use the following day by the same client.
After each use, the generated garbage is collected.

USE OF ELASTIC BED. SWINGS. CHILDREN’S PARK, SLIDE AND SWIMMING POOL

Reasonable use is requested.
To be used only by children.
(Trampoline), no more than 3 children together.
Pool, no more than 5 children together

FARM

Do not feed animals if not allowed by someone on staff.

Loose dwarf goats and chickens.
Feed the animals
Short ride on the back of the donkey Lucero.

PET ADMISSION POLICY

The admission of pets in our accommodation implies the acceptance of the following rules by their owners.

Dogs must leave the apartments and stay with their owners and be on a leash in common areas.
Your pets cannot be left alone inside the apartment; If they cause damage to it, they will bark or cause any other type of noise or disturb the rest of the customers in some way.
Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment for more than 5 hours.
The owners will take responsibility and will be in charge of the damages or flaws that were caused by the bad behavior of their pets.
The owners must collect the excrement that their pets deposit in the environment of the complex.
