It has a capacity for 2/3 people. It is the second of the apartments in block and it is distributed in two plants. The first floor has 1 double bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm together. It has the possibility of coupling up to 2 extras. The room is decorated with restored antique quality furniture. Among them a round table with rocking chair. With TV and window overlooking the back of La Quintana. And to emphasize The Wooden balcony (without exit) that gives name to the apartment.
On this second floor is the bathroom with shower and bidet. It has a protective barrier on the stairs. The ground floor is distributed as follows: Kitchen with table of 1.20 m and 4 chairs.
